- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are restorative cleanings and maintenance cleanings when it comes to tile and grout. We can charge between .25 and $1.00 per square foot based on a number of factors - size of job, how much time it will take, is it being sealed etc. For carpeting it is easier but there are options as well, deodorizer, carpet guard etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to seminars and am involved in numerous support and professional cleaning groups.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After many years of making others money, I decided to start my own business. I watched a business presentation on the equipment and service that I ended up purchasing and was convinced of my future success.
