I hired Singh & Assoc., to do a tricky mounting job and he was excellent. He knew exactly what to do and did a professional job. I would highly recommend him for any project ; he is skilled in carpentry, plumbing and electrical. If you contract him you will be satisfied that your project will be done well.

We haven’t had luck in the past with handymen in our area, whether by word of mouth, penny saver or other sites. Something was always an issue. They wouldn’t show up on time ( 1, rescheduled 2x never showed up and then wouldn’t return calls). So we were a bit hesitant but tried thumbtack because we were in a bind. Luckily we came across Mr. Singh’s profile. We noticed water damage under the stairs after removing an old rug and needed the leak fixed ASAP! Mr. Singh and his brother came on time and started work immediately! They found the source, made the repair and even cleaned up the area. We will definitely be calling Mr. Singh in the future for any needed repairs!

G. Singh did an EXCELLENT job with our kitchen! The quality of his work shows his incredible skill and attention to detail. He went above and beyond making sure every inch of our kitchen was properly done. He is very fair with his pricing, works efficiently and is super nice. The work that Singh and his brother Chris did in my condo is truly amazing. The craftsmanship is unmatched. The tile work in my bathroom and kitchen looks like it should be in a magazine. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are flexible and will try to accommodate your budget. We tend to think our rates are lower than most. All big projects usually we like see the scope of work before, we give our estimates. Because every job is different, you have to see all the factors including labor cost, material cost, detailing of the job and the time it will take to accomplish the job. Generally our handyman service charges are hourly based $70 - $90. depending on job and traveling distance. In hourly basis you have to hire for minimum 2 hours. Goods and materials are excluded. If you want to hire our services for minimum 4 hours, then there will be discounted hourly rates which are $50 - $70 depending on job and traveling distance. Goods and materials are excluded. Best way to get our services is to hire for day so that you can get most out of it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they want? what exactly need to be done? What are their deadlines for the project? We hope to convey to them that we are honest and trustworthy and have their best interests in mind at all times.
