I almost always do more than I was hired to do. Jobs always take a bit more time than I intended but I can't help adding those "little extras" and hope in the end it made me and the customer just a little bit happier. Sometimes I'm called a pushover for an extra nice customer and perhaps I am. I didn't start this business to become a millionaire, I started it because I love what I do. And, I love happy customers. :) Love working outside and seeing the result of something as simple as a spri kler repair. More than that... the smile on a customers face when I've made them happy.

We met Rich in late fall 2015, as we were looking to replace our current lawn guy. With the holidays and unpredictable weather we kept in contact via email until we came to a good date to discuss our needs. Once we met we found Rich to be on the up & up, no false promises, no BS and reasonable pricing. He listened carefully and walked around my property discussing in length what he saw and what he would do to make it better. No bum's rush here. He came back about a week later and cleaned up the areas my last guy didn't do properly. He works clean and thoroughly and goes over his work afterwards, anything missed is done. I didn't find anything he missed though. I look forward to having him do my lawn each week and help us with some minor landscaping. I have complete confidence that we will have a copacetic relationship.

Rich will take time to go over any aspect of the work you want to have done.He will be on site and along with his crew make sure you will be more than satisfied with the results. From any type of lawn cleaning to planting., landscaping or sprinklers and irrigation systems this is who you want. I had a ton of work which I needed done on my lawn. Had a few companies come in and Rich topped them all. He provided a great and affordable plan on how to tackle the project he even advised me against certain expensive options stating I didn't need them. And he was right the lawn looked great after such a small amount of time and become amazing after the whole plan went full swing into affect. Thank you Rich!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can almost never give a quote over the phone. There are way too many variables.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The internet is a wonderful thing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Did landscaping for 12yrs after I got out of the military. Then worked for my fathers irrigation company for 5. Like both jobs but wasn't making a whole lot of money. Found out I had a knack for graphics and got a job as a web and graphics admin. After 10yrs of sitting inside I had enough. Talked to the wife and got her support. Here I am, two years later and I'll never sit behind another desk again! I don't need to be rich... just happy with what I do.
