The ceiling looks great, and they made sure everything was clean before leaving. Can’t recommend RestoPros enough! Mike, the owner, and Clifton, one of his team leads, were highly responsive, helpful, detail-oriented, and professional throughout the entire experience. Their team meticulously sanitized and cleaned out our basement after extensive damage from flooding. Notably, many other pros I requested help and quotes from were exploiting the high demand for services due to recent flooding that impacted much of the Brooklyn area, quoting exorbitant prices and long wait times and/or simply not responding with any sense of urgency or empathy at all. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with ALL Homeowner Insurance Policies as well as Private Pay. We offer 10% Discount for all Senior Citizens and Veterans!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive onsite we will assess/document the damage walking around the property with you. We will explain our mitigation plan and discuss any options available to you. If we have decided that the loss is great enough to use Insurance, then we will work with your Insurance Provider on your behalf (or alongside you) to make the process as seamless as possible. Our job is to make your stressful situation as simple as possible!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Techs are Certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) which is the industry standard for restoration. We are certified in Water, Fire, Smoke, Odor, Mold & Asbestos.
