Cant say enough good things. Of all days our air conditioner stopped working. Sandy was soooo helpful in seeing that we got prompt service in this heat. Dave, who has been here before was wonderful, polite and efficient as he always is!!

Our hot water heater mysteriously stopped working yesterday - of course, on a holiday weekend!! I put a call in to Aire Serv and the owner returned my call within 5 minutes. He was ready to have a repairman come out right away but we have a second hot water heater and were okay for the night. The owner called me again at 7:59 am to say he would be to my house in 20 minutes. He was prompt and problem was fixed within the hour!

Tech Dave S did an excellent job on a cleaning and tune up, replacing a bad switch and even removing a deceased bird that found its way into the furnace duct. I definitely recommend Aire Serv, they cost a little more, but you get what you pay for.

Jim and his crew accomplished retro fitting our AC ducting as well as installed a replacement AC system in our cramped attic. In several instances they went above and beyond what our original contract called for. Jim and his crew are truly a very competent and professional company. I highly recommend them. A rating of 10 out of 10.
