I contacted Kenny because I had already bought a new Rennai propane heater for an accessory building and needed the old unit removed and this one installed. I was impressed with his reviews but had not worked with him before. He arrived to evaluate the project on the same day, gave me an estimate, and ensured he had everything he needed for the job. We discovered he needed a part because the building walls were concrete blocks, and we needed a longer exhaust pipe. As soon as the part came in, Kenny returned and installed and tested the unit. He is delightful to work with, highly communicative, proactive in solving problems, and charges a fair price. Kenny is the kind of person who likes to help people. I highly recommend him.
