- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
depending upon the event it can be a per person charge, or cost of food plus my hourly fee. Hourly fee is charged for shopping, an pre preparation necessary and time at the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After about a 10 minute phone conversation to ask some questions about the event, special requests, likes and dislikes. I send a menu proposal asking for feedback. usually after 1 more email, the menu is set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! As in any profession you have to keep up with what is going on.
