John was quick to respond to my project, and continued to communicate regularly through setting up and showing up to do the work. I needed to have shower controls swapped out, and although I believed I had the replacement parts, it turned out that they were the wrong pieces and wouldn’t work with plumbing. Once noticed, John went above and beyond, helping me take the part to the store and find the proper replacements. Overall, I feel John did a good job and was incredibly helpful.
