- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing fluctuates based on the specific pest and the scope of service that is needed for your particular issue. Pests infect every customer in various different ways, therefore each approach is different and is tailored to your specific needs. But, I’m straight-forward and up-front on cost and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with communication on what particular pest problem they’re experiencing. After our discussion, and based on a possible inspection, a treatment plan will be initiated and performed by me. After the treatment has been performed, there will usually be an additional follow-up or multiple follow up to remedy all pests issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently certified by the State of New York to perform pest control services in all commercial and residential settings.
