BA Graphic and Media Arts, Masters Degree, Marketing. Ongoing education as continuing education is a must so I make it a point to keep up with the latest trends and developments.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In this profession, much of it is done via email, which can come across a bit impersonal sometimes. I like to talk with my customers on the phone if I cannot meet with them face to face so that they can get to know me, and that I can get to know them. In a nutshell, get to know the person you're going to be working with.
