I do not dictate a menu, it is your party, you should eat what you like. I develop personalized menus based on the client's food preferences and budget. I do not do drop off catering. I stay on-site for the event to insure food quality and safety. I love to cook and you can taste it in my food. My reviews tell it all.

Although we ended up going with a local caterer for our wedding, it was a very difficult choice. David was responsive and flexible throughout out our search and was an overall pleasure to work with. The tasting was also excellent. It came down to the wire, but our decision to go local came down to convenience for the setup and design. I would certainly suggest him for other events and keep him in mind for the future.

David and his chief assistant Ed catered a dinner party for 10 for us on New Year's Eve. The experience was fantastic! It was a completely stress free night of entertaining for us! The food prepared by David was delicious and in abundance!! Ed was delightful! He helped with EVERYTHING from setting the table to tending the bar to serving the meal and cleaning up afterwards. David's passion for food combined with Ed's attention to detail and fun-spirited personality resulted in a truly wonderful evening for us and our guests!! We will definitely do this again!
