I contacted Dennis through Thumbtack and he responded right away. We set up an appointment to measure the room and he arrived at the agreed upon time. We agreed on the day and time for installation of the carpet and padding. Again, he was on time. He did a great job on an oddly shaped room and did a great cleanup job. Dennis was polite, professional, and communicative through the entire process. He charged me a fraction of what the big box stores would have charged, and they use third party installers. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your carpeting needs.
