- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins by contacting the customer to schedule a time that works best for them to meet at the job site. During this visit, I assess the scope of work, review the existing conditions, and discuss the customer's needs, goals, and expectations for the project. After gathering all necessary details I explain the next steps and provide a timeline for when the estimate will be prepared. Once the estimate is complete we review it with the customer and answer any questions and discuss project details such as pricing, materials, scheduling, and timelines. From there we move forward based on the customer's approval and availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry. My background includes extensive hands-on training in residential construction and remodeling, including full home renovations, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and other home improvement projects. This experience has provided me with a strong understanding of industry standards, materials, and best practices. Additionally, I work with a skilled team of professionals, many of whom have more than 10 years of experience. Our combined experience and practical training allow us to consistently deliver high-quality workmanship and reliable results for our clients.
