As a long time provider of residential home mobility products I've worked side by side in homes with many contractors, I've seen many good contractors, and some not so good, but I was particularly impressed with the knowledge, efficiency, cleanliness and attention to detail that Paul Addams and the New Horizon Homes team consistently demonstrated while I working on several home projects which I was part of. So, I didn't hesitate to call Paul when it came time for me to finish my own basement, and have Paul design a plan and finish my basement. Paul handled all parts of the job from clean-out to design to framing and finishing. He first waterproofed the basement floor and walls and they have been dry and healthy since.Paul also recommenced someone to handle my town permits, and even gave my wife names of stores to pick out plumbing and electrical fixtures, and every one of those store owners knew Paul and spoke highly of his work and reputation. My project was completed on time and I will be looking forward to using Paul and New Horizon Homes again when I expand my home

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!I Had a serious leak in my basement due to bad weather and the elements. I Called 6 different companies for estimates, from smaller guys to the bigger Long Island companies and had a lot to weigh out. This was my last estimate to get and at this point had nothing but bad experience's with every other company. From People not answering my questions to people not getting back to me. Then Gabriel from New Horizons came to give the estimate and I was pleasantly surprised. He knew everything about the job, didnt try to hard sell me, was respectful of my time and represented the company very professionally. I trusted him and chose New Horizons to do the job. After the job was signed and good to go, there was great communication from the top down. Paul Adams was there every step of the way and actually came out on a weekend to my house to show me what will be done in the weeks to come. They completed the job last week, the clean up could not have been better, the team was respectful of my home and we ended up having very bad rain last night and the system worked flawlessly. If you are looking for a solution to leaking in your basement, this is 100% a company to consider. They are responsive and reasonably priced for the amount of work they do and it gives me comfort knowing if anything does go wrong in the future, they are right there to fix it. Definitely give them a call!!

We had a wonderful experience with this company, helping to fix our crawlspace flooding. John and his team helped us feel comfortable by explaining the job, process, and making sure we understood exactly what was going on throughout the entire project. John maintained constant communication and with good humor and a 'we got this attitude', fixed our crawlspace. John and his team were quick and efficient, but they did not rush the work. John also made sure to keep in touch with us to ensure the newly installed equipment was functioning properly afterwards, which shows further how much he cares about his customers! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks John and Thank you New Horizon Homes!

After putting a water drainage/management system into a basement with another company, we were told theres only one company to use for finishing work: New Horizon Homes. Paul assigned us John and his team, and they did a wonderful job. There was an open line of communication before and during the process. The work was finished very close to the timeline given (few back ordered items delayed slightly). The team was professional, respectful, quiet and clean. Their work is top of the line and detailed. John has been constantly in communication to ensure that we are satisfied with the work and see if we had any concerns. Although the price tag is not cheap, the level of workmanship is worth it.
