Rob and his crew were outstanding from the start. Finding a reliable landscape company is not easy. Rob was reliable from the first phone call until the job was complete. The work was amazing! A few weeks ago, using Thumbtack.com referral services, I contacted Jim Pearsall, owner of Rise Up maintenance for my property.
After discussing my requirements with Rob, I was promptly presented with a cost-effective and comprehensive proposal to address my needs. The services were tailored for the various lawn maintenance and landscape cleanup requirements that would be needed between now and the end of the 2022 landscape season.
What happened next is the real reason why I am providing this review ....... Rob Pearsall's prompt scheduling and responsiveness to address my immediate need for weekly lawn maintenance, mulching, and shrub trimming, was truly above and beyond my expectations.
It became apparent within a very short time that Rob is quite knowledgeable in the landscaping business and understands what it takes to make realistic commitments. The result of this is that it enables him, most importantly, to schedule and follow through on those commitments to complete the work as promised in a timely and dependable fashion!
I feel that my business relationship with Rob and Rise Up Landscaping Services is off to a very good start and I look forward to continuing that relationship while building on the trust established in the very satisfactory completion of the initial work.
