I am in constant contact with my clients the moment I start their scan order about how their pictures look and how much work has to be done on them. I often email them a before and after pciture so they can see what their pictures will look like. They love that. In old slides/photos if there's embedded I try and remove most of the dust from the faces which most companies don't. I love working with people and seeing their family history through their photographs. When I'm doing a large order I feel as though I begin to know them as their stories unfold.
