I am very satisfied with my service. They responded very quickly when I reached out and was available the same day. The way they did their work was very professional. The last time I go my sofa cleaned, I did not see the products and methods used that this company used and it made me feel as though they were doing a top tier job. I will definitely have them come back again when I need something done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type and size of item(s), fabric condition, and level of soiling. We provide free, no-obligation estimates based on photos and ZIP code before any appointment. Right now we're offering 20% off for all first-time customers, plus free drying service included with every cleaning. No hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers send us photos of the item(s) and their ZIP code for a fast estimate. Once scheduled, we arrive with professional-grade equipment, assess the fabric type and stains on-site, and use safe, appropriate cleaning methods for that specific material. We finish with fast drying using air movers so the furniture is usable again quickly.
