Steve is an excellent hands-on general contractor. Steve transformed our 1970 house into a modern, comfortable, practical and attractive home. His ideas were great, open up some walls, rip up some ceramic tile, install new flooring throughout the living, dining and hall areas, replace a few windows, and build custom shelving, which included a false fireplace below an 80” Television he installed. He either did or supervised all the work himself.
The best part was after agreeing to what would be done, we left for a two-week vacation during which Steve kept us updated on the progress and met us when we arrived home to ensure we were satisfied with everything.
Outside Steve built a new Trex deck, which will outlast our lives. He also arranged and oversaw the replacement of our roof and vinyl siding of our home. Steve arranged to have six large trees removed and again oversaw that it was performed satisfactorily.
We cannot express how satisfied we are with ALL of his work. He is very talented, has great ideas, is cost effective and easy to work with. We look forward to our next project with Steve and company.

We had a tree fall on our house a few weeks after Isaias hit causing damage to our roof and gutters. After calling around to several companies, getting the run around and even having some no show no call appointments we reached out to Steve and his crew. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the process of what his crew would do and how long it would take. I have to say we couldn’t be more happy than we are that we did! Not only was he professional, he was reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. Not only did he do the repair but we also decided to do all the lighting in our house as we were only using lamps. Everything came out amazing! We will definitely be using Steve and recommend him and his team without hesitation for all future home projects.

Steve changed out my over-Island lighting from one pendant to two and it came out perfect. Would 100% call him again.

Seaview saved me 3 weeks of time which is priceless...
I had a quote from another company to remove an old AC unit and cut the opening to fit a window. It was a good price but they were going to need 3-4 weeks to make the window because that’s just how they do things. Seaview was able to match the price and do the job 5 days later with an Andersen window that was available immediately.
They did the job quickly, for a good price and with a very high quality of workmanship. They also left my home just as clean as it was when they arrived. Well done all around.
