- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates for work you may be looking to have done. I do charge a minimum fee of $175 for jobs that are under 2 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a message/ phone call. A time to meet in person for an estimate, then if you feel comfortable that I’m a good fit for your project we set a date and time for it to be completed. I always make sure my customers are 100% satisfied before moving on to my next project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience, beginning with early mentorship and continuing through working with skilled contractors across a range of trades. This realworld experience has given me a strong understanding of proper installation techniques, safety standards, and best practices for residential repairs and home improvement projects.
