- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always talk to your prospect about pricing options in a draft proposal before you put anything in writing, ideally you should discuss pricing in the initial discovery call. However if you are unable to do so, ask them to review the proposal with you before sending them anything in writing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way, with us there is no guessing work. I try to accommodate and be fair with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did not get any education, as a kid i have been cleaning, as an adult I'm still cleaning. It's my passion i love to clean.
