Handyman assembled three bed frames and six dinning room chairs done within and one and a half hour. However when we conducted the phone interview he stated his fee is 50 per hour plus 3 percent for card payment. Great right, wrong he charged us 159.50 because he inclued his travel time UNFAIR . The true cost should have been no more than 78 dollars. We would have given him the complete hour of work given the chance but we were not. Poor customer service

I would first of all like to apoligize for the inconveince, due to me not communicating before coming the charges. Second I pulled up to your house at 8:45 and Left at 10:45 so that's 2 hours and I had 1.5 hours of travel. Before finalizing your payment you did ask why the chargers where that high I explained and asked if that was ok you said yes so I continued. I have tried to offer you discounts on your next request and you Refused. Again I apologize and would like to turn your Frown of a 2 star review to a Smile of a 5 star Review. Please consider my apology.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial visit it to see what the needs are and to see how we can best serve the customer. We take into consideration the design the customer is looking for and do our best to build to their desires as long as strength and quality are not compromised.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking classes since 2001 and I am still eager to learn more. Each year I learn how to become more effecient in the work flow and Mastering my own skills.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in 2001 when I was taking my first classes and loved working with wood and seeing those raw materials turn into a finished product and to see those same projects last for many years has kept my love for what I do continuing.
