Erik is reliable and responsive—he shows up when he says he will. We hired him to install a bathroom fan, but after assessing the site, he pointed out issues with the install and recommended a simpler alternative (an operable window for airflow) instead of charging us for unnecessary work. He also connected us with a handyman from his network for another job, who turned out to be a great find. Honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with—highly recommend.

Eric was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about my issue within 20 seconds of seeing my problem, he gave great recommendations, and was able to address all my issues above and beyond same-day (including running to the hardware store to get additional supplies and finishing the install within a very short period of time). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself in keeping prices fair. Some might offer work that is cheaper in cost, but they’ll also cut corners in quality and safety to complete the job faster. I stand by my work and take pride in building a trustworthy reputation in the community. My goal is to make the customer happy and satisfied with the work they paid for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial goal is understanding clearly their electrical needs. With this in mind I then assess the situation and layout any options there might be in regards to how the work can be done. With a plan chosen, the work can begin. However, throughout the job I also make it a goal to keep the customer informed and up to date right up until the job is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an apprentice at a large electrical company in New York. There I acquired the necessary field hour requirement and in class hour requirements.
