Free, upfront quotes before any work starts, so there are no surprise charges. There's a $125 minimum per visit, so I recommend bundling smaller tasks into one trip to get the most value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me photos and details of the job. I'll ask a few questions, give you a clear quote, and schedule a time that works for you. I show up on time, do the work, clean up, and walk you through it before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of hands-on experience in the building trades, and I'm a New York State licensed home inspector. That means I know how a house fits together and can spot problems behind the problem.
