Carol F. says, "I've had a bad drainage issue with the home I bought 2 years ago. The sump pump goes off every 10 seconds 24/7 very loudly 11 months of the year. Each time it rained I needed a 2nd pump because it flooded the basement about a foot each time. I just couldn't take it anymore. I called a few companies but they were booked, didn't return calls, or didn't show up at all. I hired Tanner of Paramount and he was really great. I'd say he was very knowledgeable and professional. His father owns Kimberly Assoc and came with him for the appraisal and you can tell he's taught his son well. Within a few days they started the work excavating the property and putting the drainage pipes in. Unfortunately the house had a whole shelf of rock where the drainage needed to be and the poor guy had to get a massive drill attachment for the excavator to blast through it. I couldn't believe how much extra work he had to do that just couldn't be helped. So much rock! He got it done though and we haven't had any water in the basement when its rained and the sump pump is finally not kicking in every second. Its been quiet for weeks now.
