First time using Thumbtack-Rick and Carol were the first to contact me. I was intrigued by a husband and wife team, by the excellent ratings, the quick response. I accepted on that first call and then a few texts later Rick and Carol arrived with the needed materials and started working. I had several household "fixes" (grouting shower, fixing a sink that had dropped, install new shower spout, shoring up a board outside on the deck...) and they did them all over a few hours. All the "fixes" look perfect, professional, and I am so thankful they were all completed in one day and no waiting. Rick and Carol are so nice and you feel like your best friends have come to fix all your home boo-boos. Thanks so much and I will be contacting you guys again. J and W P.S. Rick and Carol are a team, and charge the same price per hour whether just one of them work or both of them.
They are quick, pleasant, and very courteous, putting you at ease about getting a project completed. Their work is excellent, and they are willing to do everything except anything involving electrical work or plumbing, which is understandable.
There was an unfortunate incident that when Carol was cleaning my fridge, one of the glass shelves shattered. They calmly cleaned the up as much of the glass that was possible. More importantly, Rick paid for the cost of a new shelf, and installed it. I was very appreciative.
Rick is very responsive to texts, emails, and telephone calls. They arrived promptly.
The cost for their services are above average for the area, but you are getting quality work, and they are easy to work with and very kind, especially as I'm a senior.
Note that they only accept cash for their services, no Zelle or other electronic funds transfer services.
I would recommend them with the only caveat that they are expensive for the area (but you are getting two people if necessary at no extra charge) and only accept cash.

New to the area, we got so lucky finding and choosing Rick and Carol. They did an incredible job hanging our bedroom TV and gave great suggestions to hang our family room TV over our fireplace. They are responsive, professional, on time and extremely reasonably priced. We highly recommend them for your handyman and handywoman needs.

This team was fantastic! I was in a time bind to install handrails in two areas of my house so I could get a certificate of occupancy and sell it. They completed the job in record time and contacted the city inspector for me. Voila! I picked up the CO and had the closing. I want them to move up here so they can help me out again. As I said, they are terrific!
