First time using Thumbtack-Rick and Carol were the first to contact me. I was intrigued by a husband and wife team, by the excellent ratings, the quick response. I accepted on that first call and then a few texts later Rick and Carol arrived with the needed materials and started working. I had several household "fixes" (grouting shower, fixing a sink that had dropped, install new shower spout, shoring up a board outside on the deck...) and they did them all over a few hours. All the "fixes" look perfect, professional, and I am so thankful they were all completed in one day and no waiting. This team was fantastic! I was in a time bind to install handrails in two areas of my house so I could get a certificate of occupancy and sell it. They completed the job in record time and contacted the city inspector for me. Voila! I picked up the CO and had the closing. I want them to move up here so they can help me out again. As I said, they are terrific!
