Karen was very easy to work with. She offered many different designs and we were able to keep making changes on the one I liked until I got what I needed. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Briefing call to understand the project: Goals, deliverables, timings and discuss concepts and/or some first ideas.
2) Formal quotation and advance payment.
3) Delivery of proposals with changes/adjustments as/if needed.
4) High-res files in all formats and final report with all results (if applies).
5) Balance payment.
6) Client review and feedback to ensure 100% satisfaction!!
