Richard did a excellent job with out basement and 1st floor apartment on our income property. The details I tell you out of this world. Our basement looked brand new and our 1st floor absolutelybeautiful.

He showed up to unclog a bathroom
Told me he would be back in twenty minutes since the snake that he had was no big enough
Texted him multiple times and he said there's traffic so he'll be there in 18 minutes
After an hour he blocked both me and my brother. If you can't do the job just say so. I wasted 2 hours
