- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest pricing and clear communication. Customers receive an upfront estimate before work begins, with no surprise charges. My goal is to provide reliable, quality electrical services at reasonable and competitive prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with discussing the customer’s needs and gathering details about the project. I then assess the job, answer any questions, and provide a clear estimate before any work begins. Once approved, I complete the work safely and efficiently, keeping the customer informed throughout the process. After the job is finished, I ensure everything is working properly and that the customer is completely satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed formal trade school training in electrical work, where I gained knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, safety procedures, troubleshooting, and industry standards. In addition to my education, I have hands-on experience working with Apple Security Solutions, Transit Consulting Corp, TopView, and the MTA, which has allowed me to develop practical skills in installation, maintenance, and problem-solving. I stay committed to following current safety codes and best practices to provide reliable, high-quality service to my customers.
