At A Team Painting, pricing is based on the size of the space, surface condition, prep work required, ceiling height, and the type of finish selected. Every home is different, so we provide detailed, transparent estimates — no surprise add-ons later. What’s included in our pricing: • Surface prep (patching minor holes, sanding, caulking where needed) • Protection of floors and furniture • Premium-quality paints and materials • Clean lines and professional application • Full cleanup after completion We don’t aim to be the cheapest — we aim to be the best value.
