Our services include ACSM and title surveys, as built, boundary, construction layouts, certificates of occupancy and DOB surveys, architectural, engineering and topographic surveys. Our total experience spans three decades of continuous field and office effort in providing cost-efficient surveying services.

This company is HORRIBLE! They were hired to conduct a site survey of OUR property for a renovation application to turn into the town. Our architect needed the CAD files from that survey and they refused to provide it. They were paid by our attorney and they only provided print outs. They ignore all of our phone calls and emails! its files of our own property. Our architect has worked with many other surveyors before and this was never a problem. DO NOT USE THEM! They take your money and provide no customer service at all. They refuse to even respond to your voicemails and emails. No one ever answers the phone.
