Nick is incredible, I bought a home with pest issues, and he was available to do an inspection and to come and do clean up of pests and sanitize the rooms and areas I needed. I greatly appreciate him and the work he does. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind, he truly took his time with my home!! Hire him, you will not be disappointed, he's the best!

Nick Dunbar and his associates were really great! They not only knew exactly how to help me they also listened to my fears about potential harm to the animals that needed to be humanely trapped and relocated. They responded quickly when I notified them of a capture! They are also priced much more reasonably than their competitors!!

Nick was great to work with. He is honest and professional. My issue was resolved within two weeks and he explained the process and what he was doing to prevent a recurrence. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a standard one time service fee. If customer signs up for monthly services with me they will be offered a monthly service discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with my customers I will take some information about what you are currently experiencing in your home for activity, I will then schedule a time to come out and perform a free estimate. After I have arrived and performed my estimate I will give you the price and if we come to an agreement I typically get started with same day service to start solving your issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the pest control industry for 10 years with my NYS License in Pesticide Application as well as Nuisance Wildlife Removal. I also come from a construction background and can get your house back to looking good as new
