Introduction: Lisa Cartier is a birth and natural fertility coach, a monitrice, doula and a Reiki and IET master. She helps women connect with their inner resources to discover their true beliefs about themselves, their relationships and their abilities to birth and parent their children. As a childbirth educator, certified lactation counselor and a certified doula and monitrice, she believes that the journey into motherhood is a rite of passage and life changing. This passage should be honored and celebrated. Using many diverse complimentary therapies, her practice empowers wellness in mind, body and spirit. She is committed to normalizing birth, honoring and respecting each family's journey through conception, pregnancy and the postpartum period. Lisa is a Women’s Health Practitioner specializing in hormone balance, gut health; and works to bring all systems into balance in a holistic way to better support health and well-being. Appointments can be provided in-person and through video conference.
