We travel to upstate new york every summer to enjoy time on lake george and to watch the horse races in saratoga springs. Chef Eric Hudson was very friendly, professional, and personable. Being able to customize our menu was a relief due to some food allergies. He gave us the option of paying a deposit to hold the day or we could pay it all up front if we so chose. In the future, for larger events we will take advantage of his Afterpay option. Everything he claims to provide exceeded our expectations.
