Ok let me start off with this was a last minute move, I have a back injury that has left me partially disabled. So basically I am of no use for lifting or moving anything heavier that a gallon of milk! After get the online quotes I called Steve and left him a voicemail, he returned my call with in an hour, while on the road working, to discuss my move need in more detail. This was on a Friday and I was need the move on Monday. He was able to accommodate my short notice without an extra fee, we agreed on a start time of 9 am. Monday morning Steve tested me letting me know they were on there way. When I arrived at the apt. Steve was already there, early, and ready to start loading! The job ended up being a lot more than I had originally anticipated but Steve and his guy assured me it was ok they would take care of everything. And that they did! They even offered to do a dump run for me but I had a friend coming to take care of it all ready. Let it rain moved a 1500 ft apt into a storage unit with some heavy large pieces of furniture and most of the "other" belongings that were not packed correctly on my end, they completed the job with smiles while take great care in packing, placing my things so that they would be safe and not scratched ect.. This was all completed with in a few hours! I would recommend anyone needing anything moved to give these guys a call, they are absolutely professional, courteous, accommodating, while smiling and friendly! The price was not only fair but I feel it was a great value for the work they provided me. I will be calling them again to move my belongings once I find my new house! And recommended them to everyone I know!

Steven is prompt in his follow up. He did an excellent job taking care of our stairway, sidewalks, and driveway. His pricing is reasonable. I would recommend him.

Steven was great! Even though he was very under the weather, he followed through on his commitment to help me move my furniture. Also, he and his coworker offered to take more of my furniture than I was originally quoted for, for a minimal increase in price. I would definitely use them again!
