FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two projects are the same. There can be may variables to a project which make the very unique. This is why we can not quote a price either online or over the phone without seeing the project first. I realize this can be a hassle to the potential customer but its for the good of both of us involved so that I have provided an accurate estimate with no hidden costs at the time of completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually meet with the potential customer at the job site so we are able to discuss what is needed to be done. Once we are informed of the scope of the project we then provide an estimate either verbal or written and also offer a copy of our insurance to prove we are properly insured for the project. If a price is agreed upon we then set up a convenient date and time to complete the project. Estimates are always free with no high pressure sales pitch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been the owner of this business for about 10 years now working with both residential customers as well as Large Commercial clients.
