- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Every project includes a detailed written quote with labor, materials, and any upgrade options clearly broken out, so there are no surprise add-ons later. We focus on value—studs-out waterproofing, quality acrylic and tile materials, and clean finishes—rather than being the cheapest bid on paper. For qualifying projects we can often offer package pricing and occasionally seasonal promotions; we’ll always discuss ways to keep your bathroom remodel on budget without cutting corners on safety or quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-home consultation where we look at your existing bathroom, talk through your goals, budget, and timeline, and explain the difference between one-day acrylic options and full custom tile. From there you’ll receive a clear, written proposal with layout, materials, and pricing. Once you’re ready to move forward, we schedule your install, handle all demo and studs-out prep, complete the work as efficiently and cleanly as possible, and walk you through the finished project before we leave. My crew treats your home with respect—floor protection, daily cleanup, and clear communication from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of focused experience in bathroom remodeling, especially one-day acrylic showers and tubs as well as custom tile work. We’ve completed manufacturer training for BCI-style acrylic systems and stay up to date on industry best practices for waterproofing, framing, and local building codes. Because we regularly demo and rebuild bathrooms from the studs out, we understand what typically fails behind the walls and how to design and install new showers and tubs that are safe, watertight, and built to last.
