I reached out to Rich with a printer issue and after he did some preliminary research, he offered to help me over the phone and said I didn't need a service call. He walked me through the fix himself. It saved me on paying for a service call, but more importantly, it showed he was an honest person who truly wanted to help. This on a Sunday of all days. I am very grateful for Rich at NYOS, Inc. He responded to my inquiry immediately and gave me an estimated quote and found time to squeeze reparing my printer during his busy schedule at the very last minute! My printer model is discontinued and my printer insurance honestly didn't help much. I would say it was definitely worth hiring Rich to fix my printer than going through the hassle of ordering and waiting and setting up a brand new printer or going to the copy and print center, lol. He has a great sense of urgency. He worked very hard to repair my printer. The sticky part of the shipping label somehow got stuck deep inside the printer and he had to take all the parts apart to repair and clean it to remove the sticky residue, etc. He also went over the printer diagnostics with me. The minute he fixed it, it was like he made magic happen, I was able to turn it on and wirelessly print my work from my phone and my laptop. It was a smooth process for me. He turned my bad day into a very good day! Thank You Rich!!! You're AWESOME!!! =)
