Jim and Ralph fully remodeled two bathrooms for us, as well as a number of smaller repairs and fix-it items in our house. The quality of their work was top notch. They were also incredibly reliable, trustworthy and great to work with. I already chose to use them a second time, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Jim and Ralph are the ultimate professionals. They call before they arrive and inform of any delays in picking up orders. I am very pleased with the work they did on my bathroom. Dealing with the plumbing in a 62 year old house can bring some surprises but they are prepared to overcome any obstacles they encounter. Great job guys.

Ralph & Jim saved the day. Before meeting them, I had the terrible experience with another contractor that did not do quality work and disappeared long before the work paid for was complete. Jim and Ralph came in and did the hard job of repairing others mistakes. I own a Bed & Breakfast and needed additional bathroom done with quality work. They completed a new bathroom with all of my expectations. They listened carefully and understood what my needs were. They were thoughtful and wise on costs. They came up with very thoughtful ways to fix things that I assumed I was stuck with. They installed a beautiful Frameless shower overcoming the huge problems to install it left by other contractor. They repaired floor tile and grout on shower. They re-painted and re-stained Walls and wood board ceiling. When I went in bathroom after first contractor "Finished", I cringed. Now, I love the new bathroom!! They are very skilled and versed in all types of work. they have done everything before! They prove knowledgeable in every discussion of future projects. I am hiring them to do 2 other jobs currently as they have gained my trust. Trust is something I did not think I would have again after my last contractor. They are easy to talk to, they plan out projects carefully, and I fully trust them to do the next two projects as well as they completed the first.
