- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per hour with a four hour minimum. The rate per hour depends on the vehicle type requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls or emails the company requesting a price quote. If the customer agrees to the price, we email a reservation packet that needs to be filled out and emailed back. The client will get a confirmation email within 72 hours.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Schools, wineries, private customers, etc....
