I inherited an old Steinway piano from my grandmother that needed a lot of work but Madison was up to the task! She rebuilt the regulator, fixed some broken keys, tuned it and polished it - a big job but totally worth it to me and a worthwhile investment in a quality piano. Thanks, Madison!

Madison did a fantastic job on our piano, which hadn't been tuned for a few years and really needed some attention! She also arrived right on time, was completely prepared with all the tools she needed, and after giving our piano an assessment, got to work right away. Not only did she get our piano back in tune, she identified some small spots of wear-and-tear to the finish, so we are going to have her come back to address those areas. Highly recommend!
