I recently hired Bansari through Thumbtack to alter some clothing items. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. She took much longer than the agreed-upon time to complete the work, and when I received the clothes, they were incomplete and had loose seams. I tried to communicate with the her to fix the issue, but my requests were ignored. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of professionalism. While I appreciated the good communication in the beginning of the project, the poor workmanship and lack of follow-through left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend her to others.
