Evgeniia did a fantastic job! She was incredibly responsive in getting back to me and provided an estimate quickly. She installed decals in one of the spare bedrooms and was professional, polite, and quick! I would definitely hire her again for additional needs.

My experience with Evgenia was seamless from our first contact. She was responsive, communicated her parameters very clearly, answered all my questions, and was patient while I figured out the timing. I have very high standards for in-home workers, and was delighted by every aspect of the job Evgeniia accomplished. She is an immensely talented wallpaper artist, a perfectionist, and the most diligent, detail-oriented, dedicated hard worker I've seen in years. Her background training and experience was perfectly suited to my project, which used high-end, expensive wallpaper in a room with several challenging areas. Being Russian, she is shy about speaking English, but since her written English and comprehension of message content is excellent, we communicated extensively and effectively by Thumbtack messaging in advance (which I recommend). These communications covered my expectations, preferred dates and work plan; conditions and preparation requirements in the room (down to the exact ambient temperature she wanted to maintain); and the supplies and materials she needed me to gather on site. I was impressed by her ultra-responsive approach before her arrival: no detail or question I texted was too small -- in fact, unusually for most busy contractors, she prefers well-informed and involved clients. Aside from doing amazingly perfect wallpapering, her manner is pleasant, she's neat and careful about not wasting materials, she cleaned up her (already neat) work space, and she is punctual and reliable. Her rates are reasonable for the five-star results she achieves. I recommend Evgeniia without hesitation, and look forward to hiring her again.
