I'm a developer from interstate helping out my uncle in NJ, and my schedule was really all over the place. Kon arrived to assess the work first to quote, and advise. His price was reasonable. He then commuted a hour each day with his guy from QNS to work on Friday, Sunday, and on Monday in ice. His punctuality, work and word are bankable. He also takes great pride in his work which was perfect, take it from a developer who holds his tradesmen to the highest standard. Brand new walls from an old wallpaper mess.

The word “quality” is so appropriate for this company. They took our 1920’s family heirloom house and transformed it like a Phoenix out of the ashes to a condition better than the day it was built! Brooding over his work, Constantine is constantly on the scene. He made us think we were his only customer, but, alas. there are many others! Believe me, if you select him to do your project, you’ll be totally impressed with his awesome work!

I was dreading getting my new apartment painted and prepped for moving in and I am so thankful that I found these guys. They were excellent, professional and took great pride in their work. They went out of their way to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it. They prepped, painted wallpapered and paid very close attention to detail. My only regret is that I did not hire them to do everything. My next project will definitely include their Contracting Services. The pricing is also very fair and reasonable. You will not be disappointed!

Konstantinos went above and beyond. I needed to repair damage to my living room walls and paint over a dark accent wall to match the existing paint in the unit. I was not able to find the same paint but Konstantinos did a beautiful job blending and completely covered up the areas where plaster had been ripped off from removing a pressurized wall. Not only did he do a great job on my painting / repair but he also helped me patch up some damage to my floors as a courtesy and all at a very reasonable price (and really the best price I could find after searching Thumbtack and Yelp). Would definitely hire him for future jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system for my services. My pricing basically involves on how big the job is, what conditions the walls are in and how much prep work is involved. What type of paint the customer will like to use and if I will be providing the products.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, we want our first customer to be happy with our work . We want them to be new customers for many years to come and to be able to refer us !!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No, unfortunately I do not do any sort of continuing education in order to stay up on the latest developments of my field.
