- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system for my services. My pricing basically involves on how big the job is, what conditions the walls are in and how much prep work is involved. What type of paint the customer will like to use and if I will be providing the products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, we want our first customer to be happy with our work . We want them to be new customers for many years to come and to be able to refer us !!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No, unfortunately I do not do any sort of continuing education in order to stay up on the latest developments of my field.
