- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based competitive or sometimes much cheaper. I try to help people,whenever possible. I know a lot of people work hard for their pay checks, so.I try to be fair and repectful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to gain their trust in me and try to prove why it their choice to choose me above other inspector's ,was a good decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associate degree. In electrical tech Engineering field. Associate degree In tech courses individual studies Air conditioning,refrigeration Welding Carpentry Plumbing Masonary Electrical Roofing I am also certified in each and every course. I have built houses,and constructed many,additions to houses. New York State licenced inspectors are mandatory to take continuing Ed courses to renew theirs inspection license.
