He called and said he would be here in 1/2 hour, right on time, got right to work, fixed oven in a flash. Knew exactly what he was doing. Completely satisfied with job done. Used him before, will use again for appliances repair. Nice man. Gave me number for Roman to do some other jobs for me.

He gave us a clear answer to what was wrong with our dryer, even if we decided to go buy a new one, so not sure about his repair skills. Reasonable. Newer appliances with fancy control panels crap out before older machines would.
