I was very impressed with Home Appliance Repair before the technician even arrived. He responded immediately to my need for repairs to my drier, and offered me an appointment the very next day. And, when an earlier appointment was available he offered it to me, and I took it. Arrived on time, he diagnosed the problem and repaired it at a very fair price in under an hour. I’ll definitely be calling them again when I have appliance repair needs.

Response to inquiry was nearly immediate and he arrived right on time very next day. He asked if he should take off his shoes at the door then went about fixing my washing machine - keeping me posted along the way. On his way out he mentioned thar he repairs all appliances and then spent at least 20 unplanned time in my freezer - which he would not accept extra payment for… it was a wonderful experience, and I will rehire him in a heartbeat as well as recommend.

Olek was great! I remotely, via text messaging, described my dryer problem dryer symptoms, and he nailed it. He showed up from 45 min away on time and kept me informed on everything he was doing and suggested in doing as a preventive maintenance on my dryer. He completed the work quickly and arrived with all the tools and replacement parts that were needed. The dryer runs smoother and quieter than it has in a long time. I would definitely call Olek again for any future appliance repairs!
