- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don no charge for diagnostics or bench fees. I mark up the parts a little and there are no hidden fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I send them to my website soosmac.com and have them fill out the contact form. From there I can generate quotes, invoices and schedule service. The goal is to be stress free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Graphic design and I was the 10th Genius ever hired at Apple. I worked there for 15 years as the Lead Genius. I have trained over 300 Techs in my time there. Currently my full time job im the only L3 Apple support tech for GE worldwide. Im also one of 2 techs that act as a North American deport for Apple repairs. I'm ACMT certified and can repair every Apple device since 2001.
