very happy with biweekly lawn service provided by Martins property care. William is very professional, responds in a timely manner, quality work and most importantly- follows through with importantly, follows through appt./schedule. We were also able rent a dump trailer on short notice, accomadating when we needed to extend a day. Have also arranged for fall clean up.

I requested weekly lawn mowing and hedge trimming. The lawn was mowed for the first time a week ago and it was very high at that point. I paid $20 more for it than I've been paying other mowers each season who used the same equipment as Vive. Given the current economy, I expected to pay more but I think it's a bit too high. When the mowing was done, the lawn didn't look mowed, the mower blades were set too high, and the cut was not even. The higher cut might have been intentional because the grass was so high. The next mowing is supposed to be the end of this week. I will ask that the blades be lowered, hopefully that will make the lawn look neatly mowed. I had already trimmed the hedges so they didn't need to be done, but I wasn't asked whether I still wanted Vive to start trimming them when the lawn is mowed or whether I changed my mind. I'm not going to ask if he intends to trim them until I see if the quality of the lawn mowing improves.
