Fred showed up right on time after driving a long distance to get to us. He had trouble tracking down the right part, but was persistent in locating one even though he had to drive all over the area to find it. His pricing was reasonable and work quality good.

FRED WAS GREAT, HE ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME HE SET AND DEALT WITH COMPLICATIONS; A MISSING PART WHEN WE OPENED THE PACKAGE AND A PART THAT DID NOT FIT. HE WAS ABLE TO RETURN ON THE SAME DAY TO FINISH THE PROJECT. EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK, AND HE MADE FRIENDS WITH OUR CAT!
